Carol Lynn Hagler discovered her love for Real Estate after being laid off from her job shortly after the 9/11 tragedy. Always stopping in at any opportunity to view an open house, her love of homes, people and the real estate market was insatiable.
With no job in hand she decided to pursue her dream of a Real Estate career. It didn't take long for this mother of 2 to get her real estate license and start working. With the honesty and integrity that is second nature to her, it soon became clear that she had a knack for working with people. Starting at the national chain of real estate offices, Century 21, Carol was mentored and grew very quickly as a seasoned agent. At the onset she was able to handle probates, foreclosures, tax liens and many facets of real estate most would shy away from but Carol took the challenges head on . Which makes her well abreast of the correct procedures to get the job done right the first time.
Carol felt the need to move on to another firm to grow as an individual and saw the potential and opportunity at Keller Williams Realty. She had been with Keller Williams Realty for 4 successful years until recently, due to the change in the real estate market, it was necessary to become more well rounded and educated in foreclosures, property management, short sales so she went under the Antelope Property Mgmt team to better serve the new clientle of people in need of a broader range of services from the Realtor. Carol now handles, foreclosed properties, short sales, property managment rentals.
Carol's background is on the East Coast in the State of Virginia, where she grew up in McLean a suburb of Washington D.C. Her parents worked for the goverment. She relocated to California in the late 70's to finish High School at San Clemente High School in Orange County. Later moving to the Los Angeles areas San Fernando Valley to go to College. She and her husband bought their first home in Palmdale in the 1980's.
Her love of animals shows as she owns 4 Ragdoll cats( former breeder) , Large Golden Retreiver, Chug.. She currently living in the West Lancaster area near Antelope Valley College
