So why did we go about hunting down self storage in Tampa? My grandfather lives just outside of Tampa in a little area called Brandon. Over the years, he has built up an ungodly amount of “stuff.” I have to admit, I’m actually nowhere near his age, but I swear that I’m starting to build up a whole lot of “stuff” myself. So we looked for a place anyway for grandpa to store some of that stuff to get his house back! Thankfully, we found an awesome place not too far away at Self-Storage Centers of America on the outskirts of Tampa. It’s very close to the Brandon/Riverwood area out on Causeway Blvd and was just perfect. He just needed a standard type storage unit thought they actually have cooled (climate controlled) units as well. – When stacking cartons, put the big boys (and heavy ones) on the bottom and lighter ones can go on the top.
